🔄 Return & Refund Policy — Shafaque Dresses
🛍 Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Tags, accessories, and embellishments must be intact.
A return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
Certain items — such as custom‑stitched outfits, made‑to‑order pieces, sale items, and accessories — are not eligible for return.
📅 Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.
🚚 Return Shipping
For domestic orders, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and handling fees.
🧵 Non‑Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Custom‑stitched or altered outfits
Made‑to‑order designs
Sale or discounted items
Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.)
Items damaged due to customer handling
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos/videos of the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit, unless otherwise stated.
Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality check.
If the return is rejected due to wear, damage, or missing tags, the item will be shipped back to you.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or design is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
📦 Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
Custom or made‑to‑order items cannot be cancelled.
